- BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS (Friday, September 1, 2017) – The st. Kitts-Nevis-Anguilla National Bank Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Alexis Nisbett of Mattingley Heights St. Kitts as its new Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Mr. Nisbett was unanimously elected by his fellow Directors on the Board to be
Chairman at a Board meeting held on 31 st August 2017. He steps into the role of Chairman effective Friday 1 st September 2017 and will replace Mr. Howard McEachrane who has stepped down as Chairman of the Board effective August 31 st 2017 to pursue personal and family interests.
The Board of Directors, Management and Staff of the Bank offer sincere gratitude to Mr. McEachrane for his excellent stewardship of the Bank and wish him heartfelt best wishes in all his future endeavours.
The new Chairman Nisbett has been a Director on the Bank’s Board of Directors since March 2015 and since that time has served as the 2nd Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Mr. Nisbett has served as a Director at the Bank in key areas of oversight such as Compliance, Audit and Budget as the Chairman of Sub-Committees of the Board directly dealing with those areas.
