Basseterre, St. Kitts, April 17, 2018 (SKNIS)—The history, priorities, benefits, vision, mission, and upcoming health research conference of the Caribbean Public Health Agency (CARPHA) will be discussed on the weekly radio and television programme “Working for You” on Wednesday, April 18, 2018.
Tune in to hear Dr. James Hospedales, Executive Director of CARPHA, and Chereca Weaver, Marketing Consultant for the upcoming CARPHA Health Research Conference, which takes place at the St. Kitts Marriott Resort and Royal Beach Casino from 14-16th June, 2018.
The duo will speak on a wide range of health-related matters including the challenges faced by the Health System in the Caribbean, the importance of leading a healthy lifestyle, Tourism and Health, and the upcoming conference, among other issues.
CARPHA is the Caribbean region’s collective response to strengthening and reorienting its health system approach so that it is equipped to address the changing nature of public health challenges.
