Basseterre, St. Kitts, May 31, 2018 (SKNIS)—Nationals of St. Kitts and Nevis living in the British Virgin Islands (BVI) and the United States Virgin Islands (USVI) will now benefit from hearing about the “Prosperity Agenda” of the Government of National Unity of St. Kitts and Nevis.

Mr. Andrew ABB Cox (Senior), Owner of Caribbean Broadcast Network (BVI) Limited, has requested to carry “Working for You” on Sundays from 5:00-6:30 pm on CBN-Radio (90.9) FM Virgin Islands, at no cost to the Government.

“I was listening online to your product “Working for You”. The nationals of St. Kitts and Nevis will be glad for this programme. I think the programme will be well received in the Virgin Islands,” said Mr. Cox.

The first programme airs on Sunday, June 3, 2018, with guests Ms. Kaye Bass, Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Chair of the Planning Committee for the Diaspora Conference 2018, and Mr. Calvin James, Chair of the Local Organizing Committee for ANSAR (Anguilla, Nevis and St. Kitts Associations Reunion) 2018, speaking on the topic “The important role that Diasporic Communities play in National Development”.

Caribbean Broadcast Network (BVI) Limited, colloquially known as “The Caribbean Superstation”, was incorporated October 2006 and is headquartered on the Island of Tortola in the BVI. Caribbean Broadcast Network (BVI) Limited owns and operates CBN-Television (channel 51), CBN-Radio (90.9FM) and CBN-Radio (92.3FM) and remains one of the few media houses in the Caribbean that offers Radio and Television services under one-umbrella. Collectively, the Radio and Television Broadcasting Network provides a great blend of local, regional and international programming.

Hosted by Lesroy Williams, “Working for You” offers news, views, reviews, interviews and all the happenings of the Team Unity Administration, which has pledged transparency, accountability, good governance and a fair share for all citizens of the Federation.

The programme features government officials, heads of government departments, permanent secretaries and other government officials who will provide you with timely, relevant and accurate information as it relates to the social, economic, human, political and sustainable development of St. Kitts and Nevis

“Working for You” is carried live every Wednesday on ZIZ, WinnFM and Sugar City Rock from 1:30-3:00 pm and rebroadcast on Freedom FM, Von Radio on Thursdays from 7:30-9:00am and 10:30-12:00pm respectively, and CBN-Radio on Sundays from 5:00-6:30pm. The programme is also streamed live on the SKNIS Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/sknismedia/
