ITEM OF MEDIA INTEREST: Key office holders from throughout the region will pay tribute to
the Hon. Mr. Justice Adrian Saunders on his assumption to the
office of President of the CCJ. Sitting with the CCJ Judges will be
the Chief Justices of Barbados, Belize, the Eastern Caribbean
Supreme Court, Trinidad and the Chancellor of the Judiciary of
Guyana.

Attendees will include: The Ministers of Finance, National
Security, Planning & Development, and Communications and
Minister in the Office of the Attorney General and Legal Affairs
of Trinidad and Tobago. Also attending will be the President of
the Appeal Court in Jamaica and the President of the Law
Association of Trinidad and Tobago.

The Schedule of Proceedings is below
The special sitting will be live-streamed can be viewed via the link using a web browser such as Google
Chrome Mozilla Firefox. No login information is required. Representatives of the media attending the
sitting are reminded that cameras will not be allowed in the courtroom. However, a link to a
downloadable file of the proceedings, both audio and video, will be provided to local and regional media
houses approximately an hour after the end of the sitting. Opportunities for interviews and photos, with the
CCJ President and other dignitaries, will be arranged.

Due to space limitations, representatives from the media houses will be accommodated in Courtroom 2.
