BASSETERRE, St. Kitts, August 10, 2018 (Press Unit in the Office of the Prime Minister)– Prime Minister Dr. the Honourable Timothy Harris will make a special guest appearance on the next edition of “Straight Talk”, a popular radio programme hosted by the Honourable Ian Patches Liburd.

Prime Minister Harris will join his Cabinet colleague, Minister Liburd, for two hours of frank and upfront discussions on a number of topics of national interest on WINNFM 98.9 on Monday, August 13 from 8-10pm.

Among the myriad of topics expected to be addressed by the two Ministers of Government include recently introduced Poverty Alleviation Programme where households whose total gross monthly income falls below EC$3,000 will receive financial support in the amount of EC$500 per month, as well as the many infrastructural developments currently ongoing in St. Kitts, including the Island Main Road Rehabilitation Project, the construction of the second cruise pier at Port Zante and the building of the East Line Bus Terminal.
