Mr L Sidney Osborne is an acclaimed Teacher of Mathematics and Physics who possesses a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics and Physics and a Certificate in Educational Management and Administration.

A respected Administrator, Principal and Teacher of several High Schools including the St Kitts Nevis Grammar School, Basseterre High, Cayon High, St Theresa’s Convent High (now the Immaculate Conception Catholic School)

Mr Osborne also served as Permanent Secretary in two (2) Government Ministries namely the Ministry of Education and Community Affairs and the Ministry of Trade and Industry and was the General Manager of the St Christopher Air & Sea Ports Authority.

He served as Vice President of the St Kitts Netball Association,

• Chairman of the National Carnival Committee
• Chairman Peoples Action Movement
• Chairman & Member of the Board of Stewards, of the Zion Moravian Church
• National Campaign Manager to the Team Unity Organization

He is presently the CARICOM Ambassador and OECS Commissioner.

All these achievements speak to the dedicated life of one of our highly respected sons of the soil.
