BASSETERRE, St. Kitts, June 19, 2019 (Press Unit in the Office of the Prime Minister) – Citizens and residents of St. Kitts and Nevis, both at home and in the Diaspora, are encouraged to tune into WINNFM 98.9 on Thursday, June 20, to listen the country’s Prime Minister, Dr. the Honourable Timothy Harris, as he addresses a number of important matters of national interest.

The honourable prime minister will be the special guest on the popular radio programme, Straight Talk, hosted by his Cabinet colleague the Honourable Ian Patches Liburd. The show airs from 8-10pm.

Prime Minister Harris is expected to comment on topics including the two-day Caribbean Investment Summit, which is being held in St. Kitts and Nevis for the second consecutive year, starting on Thursday, June 20.

The conference opens later this evening with a welcome cocktail reception at the Royal St. Kitts Hotel. The highly anticipated event is expected to draw some 400 attendees comprising government officials, heads of Citizenship by Investment (CBI) Units, developers, as well as international marketing agents and service providers from around the world, including China, India, the Middle East, Russia, the United Kingdom and the United States of America.

It is also anticipated that Dr. Harris will engage the radio listeners on the various infrastructural developments currently underway throughout St. Kitts and Nevis.

The hugely popular and interactive radio programme “Straight Talk” airs twice weekly on Mondays and Thursdays on WINNFM. The programme is also streamed live via the WINNFM Facebook page.
