To commemorate the day, the St. Kitts Nevis National Commission for UNESCO hereby solicits your
assistance as media practitioners by giving recognition to our Teachers across the Federation and around the world as part of your programming.

This may be done by:

1. Advertising Teachers’ Week activities organized by the SKTU.
2. Discussing this year’s theme ‘Young Teachers: The Future of the Profession’
3. Highlighting the need to empower Teachers through well-resourced education systems.

We thank you for your kind consideration in addressing our requests and we look forward to future
collaboration with you.
