His Excellency The Governor-General Sir S W Tapiey Seaton, GCMG,CVO,QC,JP, LL.D. will be absent from the Federation from Thursday, 7th November, 2019 for a period which he considers to be of short duration. Accordingly, in pursuance of Section 23 of the Constitution of Saint Kitts and Nevis, he has appointed Mr. Michael Morton, CBE, JP to perform the duties of Governor-General’s Deputy.
