COVID-19 (Prevention and Control) Act (Appointed Day) Order, 2020
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the COVID-19 (Prevention and Control) Act No. 16 of 2020, the Minister makes the following Order:

- Citation.
This Order may be cited as the COVID-19 (Prevention and Control) Act (Appointed Day) Order, 2020.
- Interpretation.
In this Order, “Act” means the COVID-19 (Prevention and Control) Act No. 16 of 2020.
- Appointed Day for Act No. 16 of 2020.
The Act shall come into operation on the 1st day of January, 2021.
