ST. KITTS WATER SERVICES DEPARTMENT INTRODUCES E-BILL PAYMENT

Basseterre, St. Kitts, June 8, 2021 (SKNIS): The St. Kitts Water Services Department in its continued efforts to modernize and better meet the needs of the citizens and residents of the Federation has implemented an e-bill payment method.

This e-bill payment according to the Communications Officer at the Ministry of Public Infrastructure, Che-Raina Warner, will serve to modernize and make it convenient to customers of the water services department.

She also said, “Currently, the system does not allow you to view the balance after paying however, the intention moving into the future is for us to have a customer web portal.”

“Under the customer web portal system, the customers would be required to register to access it. With that, the benefit would be that they would get the balances, review their history and run an analytical report on their account,” said Ms. Warner.

The online payment method became operational on the 26th of May and accepts Visa, Discover, and Mastercards.

To utilize this method, visit the website, www.water.gov.kn, and click ‘Pay Now” or “Bill Payment”.
