The St. Kitts Ministry of Health in collaboration with GFQ gym instructor Mr. Adolphus Jones is holding a 7-week fitness and weight loss challenge under the theme, READY SET, SWEAT! Combining physical activity and a healthy diet for a happier, healthier life. Participation in this weight loss challenge is free with 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes awarded to individuals with the highest percentage of body weight lost.
In order to participate in this competition individuals are required to register at sknmoves.com or scan the QR code on the poster before the weigh-in, additionally, all participants are required to have their starting weight taken between August 4-6th and final weight on September 13th, 2021 at the Ministry of Health, Bladen Commercial Development, Wellington Road, Basseterre.
During the competition participants are required to post pictures and or videos of their meals and exercises to the Ministry of Health Facebook and Instagram pages. Each week a short workout video of a new exercise will be posted on the SKN-Moves and the St. Kitts HPU Facebook and YouTube pages. These exercise video will be produced and demonstrated by Gym Instructor Mr. Adolphus Jones.
