Basseterre, St. Kitts, September 19, 2021 (SKNIS): The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela has extended congratulations to St. Kitts and Nevis as it celebrates its 38thAnniversary of Independence today 19thSeptember, 2021.

In a congratulatory letter from President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, His Excellency Nicolas Maduro Moros to Prime Minister of St. Kitts and Nevis, Dr. the Honourable Timothy Harris, His Excellency Maduro Moros said:

“On behalf of the Government and the People of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, and my own behalf, I extend my most sincere congratulations to you, the Government and the people of the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis on today, the 38th anniversary of independence”.

His Excellency continued: “Today is a propitious day to remember the exemplary emancipation of those who worked in favor of the independence of our nations, whose vision, deeds and sacrifice allow us, today, to lead and direct the designs and future of our countries in a just sovereign manner and from the historical dignity of our Caribbean.”

President Maduro Moros closed his message by “reiterating once again our full willingness to continue strengthening bilateral relations in favour of peace and progress, convinced that as the years go by, the bonds of friendship and the exchange of values will continue to develop for the well-being of our peoples.”
