FOUR BILLS TO RECEIVE FIRST READING ON THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 30

Basseterre, St. Kitts, September 28, 2021 (SKNIS): The Order Paper has been circulated for a sitting of the National Assembly to be held at the National Assembly Chambers, Government Headquarters, Basseterre, on Thursday 30^th September 2021, at 10:00 am. Notice has been given.

The Honourable Prime Minister and Minister responsible for Finance, Sustainable Development, National Security, People’s Empowerment and Constituency Empowerment, Dr. Timothy Harris, will seek leave to introduce and have read a first time Drugs (Prevention & Abatement of the Misuse and Abuse of Drugs) (Amendment) Act, 2021 and Securities Bill, 2021.

Also, The Honourable Minister of Tourism, Transport and Ports, Lindsay Grant, will seek leave to introduce and have read a first time Vehicles and Road Traffic (Amendment) Bill, 2021.
