His Excellency Sir S W Tapley Seaton, GCMG, CVO, QC, JP, LLD Governor-General today 13th October, 2021 conducted four (4) Presentations of Credentials at Government House, St Kitts. The Ceremonies were conducted virtually and involved – Ambassador Her Excellency Mrs Rita Hammerli-Weschke, Ambassador of the Swiss Confederation, Her Excellency Ambassador Constanza Figueroa, Ambassador of the Republic of Chile, Ambassador Her Excellency Beate StirØ,
Ambassador of the Kingdom of Norway and His Excellency Mr Le Thanh Tung, Ambassador of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. All of these Countries enjoy diplomatic relations with our Federation but were accrediting new Ambassadors. His Excellency engaged in discussion with the Ambassadors with respect to the development of mutually beneficial projects and interests such as climate change including solar energy and other developmental undertakings.
The diplomats look forward to visiting St Kitts and Nevis in the near future so that we can strengthen the relationships with them.
