BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS, November 23, 2021 (MMS-SKN) — First elected to parliament on November 29, 1993, Prime Minister Dr the Hon Timothy Sylvester Harris has been celebrating the 28th anniversary by holding a series of community-based week-long activities and meetings with constituents of St. Christopher Seven (Bellevue to Ottley’s).

Activities, which started on Sunday November 21 with a church service at the Miracle Temple in Lodge Project, continue on Wednesday November 24 with visits to various institutions in the constituency starting at 8:30 a.m. at the Mary Charles Hospital in Molineux, which was rebuilt anew and reopened under his watch.

The visits will continue at the Molineux Health Centre, shops in Molineux and Phillips Village, a farm in the area, and the Grange Health Facility in Ottley’s. In the afternoon, Prime Minister Harris will conduct a community walkthrough in Molineux Village starting from 4:00 p.m.

Accompanying the Honourable Prime Minister will be members of Constituency Number Seven Group, the Peoples Labour Party (PLP), and other well-wishers.

The intuitional tour will continue on Thursday November 25, starting at 8:00 am at the Tabernacle Day Care Centre. It will be followed by visits to the neighbouring Forensic Labs at the Tabernacle Police Station, and the Sylvia Garnette Primary Healthcare Facility.

The tour on Thursday will continue on to the Tabernacle Agricultural Outreach Farm, Tabernacle Sports Complex, and will culminate with a tour of the 15 new houses in Mansion Village. The houses were built as part of a promise support from Government of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela to support housing programmes after hurricanes of 2017, and which will be allocated shortly to deserving constituents.

A community walkthrough will be held on Friday November 26 in Tabernacle Village starting at 10:00 a.m.

On Saturday November 27 the Honourable Prime Minister will hold the popular one-on-one consultations with his constituents, and even persons from outside the constituency, at the Constituency Office on Main Street in Tabernacle Village between 8:30 a.m. and 12:00 noon.

Prime Minister Dr the Hon Timothy Harris and his entourage will on Sunday November 28 join the leadership and membership of the House of Deliverance New Testament Church of God on the Main Road in Tabernacle Village, for morning worship service starting at 9:00 a.m. and he has extended an open invitation to all to join them for worship.

“After the worship service we will have a luncheon on the school compound, Edgar T. Morris Primary School in Tabernacle, as a way of giving back and say thank you both to God for providing me and for us and for providing for our country,” noted Dr Harris.
