Basseterre, St. Kitts, August 27, 2022 (SKNIS): Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad of the People’s Democratic Republic Algeria, H.E. Mr. Ramtane Lamamra, has congratulated the recently appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs, Economic Development, International Trade, Investment, Industry and Commerce, the Right Honourable Dr. Denzil Douglas.
