Basseterre, St. Kitts, January 16, 2023 (RSCNPF): The Police have arrested and charged 18-year-old Calbert Powell of Station Street, Old Road for the murder of Javrell Alford of St. Paul’s. The offence was committed on December 26, 2022. He was charged on January 15, 2023, and is currently in Police custody.
