TAKE NOTICE that Her Ladyship, The Honourable Dame Janice M.  Pereira, DBE, LL.D, Chief Justice, has directed and declared that the  CUNA Caribbean Conference Room, Corner of Wilkin Street and St. Johnson  Avenue, Fortlands, Saint Kitts is declared a Court for the purpose of  conducting a Special Sitting of the Supreme Court of Saint Kitts and  Nevis.
