The Eastern Caribbean Collective Organisation for Music Rights (ECCO INC) wishes to inform all valued music users, business owners, promoters, organisers, broadcasters and the general public of St. Kitts and Nevis, that the Licensing Introductory Rate to Music Users is extended for a further One (1) year from November 1, 2023, to October 31, 2024. ECCO wishes to thank all those who are playing their part in protecting music rights and encourage others to come onboard.
The Eastern Caribbean Collective Organisation for Music Rights (ECCO) Inc. is an association of composers, songwriters and music publishers and is the legal entity responsible for administering the performing rights of its members and members of Affiliated Societies in St. Kitts and Nevis, and the rest of the Eastern Caribbean. Through reciprocal agreements with affiliated societies world-wide (including ASCAP, BMI and SESAC in the USA and SOCAN in Canada), ECCO has control of the world’s music repertoire; therefore, ECCO is responsible for licensing all public use of music in St. Kitts and Nevis, and the rest of the Eastern Caribbean, irrespective of which country the songwriter is from.
