The Human Resource Management Department wishes to invite a suitably qualified person to fill the position of Executive Assistant.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- 5 CXC General passes, including English.
- Associate Degree in Business Studies/Diploma in Secretarial Studies (preferred)
- At least 3 years of experience in general office.
Knowledge & Skills:
In addition to the requirements above, the post holder must have the following skills:
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Good administrative skills.
- Management Skills
- Organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Must be able to handle work with integrity, professionalism, and utmost confidentiality.
Salary: (K28- K32) ($53, 256 – $61, 812) per annum
