High Commissioner of India Visits Saint Kitts and Nevis

Basseterre, Saint Kitts and Nevis (26th July, 2024) – The Ministry of Foreign Affairs was honoured to welcome the High Commissioner of India, His Excellency Dr. Amit Telang, for a timely meeting with the Honourable Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Rt. Hon Dr. Denzil Douglas.

The discussions between His Excellency and Minister Douglas focused on strengthening the longstanding bilateral relations between Saint Kitts and Nevis and the Republic of India. A key topic of their discussion was the preparation for an upcoming high-level visit of the Honourable Foreign Minister, Dr. Douglas, to the Republic of India, to meet with his counterpart, the External Affairs Minister, Dr. Subrahmanyam Jaishankar. This prospective visit aims to foster further diplomatic engagement and explore new avenues for collaboration that would benefit both nations.
