Saint Kitts and Nevis’ Court Facilities, located at the Charles Amory Buildings, Fortlands, Basseterre, require dedicated overnight security services from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday to Friday. The Ministry of Justice and Legal Affairs hereby seeks a reliable and experienced security service provider to monitor, patrol the premises, respond to incidents, and ensure the safety of the facility.
Scope of Work:
The selected provider will be responsible for:
1. Monitoring all areas.
2. Responding to incidents promptly.
3. Controlling access to the facility.
4. Maintaining professionalism at all times.
5. Regular reporting of activities and incidents.
6. Providing operational support as needed.
Scope of Services:
• Provide comprehensive overnight security coverage for the State Court properties at Fortlands, Basseterre. • Ensure thorough patrolling and securing of the premises during designated hours.
• Report all security breaches, suspicious activities, or incidents promptly.
Eligibility Requirements:
• Must be a licensed and insured security service provider.
• Proven experience in providing security services for government or high-profile properties. • Ability to deploy trained and professional security personnel.
