The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Marine Resources in St. Kitts is reminding all farmers and fishers to take advantage of a series of consultations scheduled to take place this week at the Large Conference Room at the Department of Agriculture, St. Kitts.

The meetings have been scheduled as follows:

Livestock Farmers: Tuesday, 29th October at 5pm

Crops Farmers: Wednesday, 30th October at 5pm

Fishers/Fisherfolk: Thursday 31st October at 6pm

These sessions will offer a vital opportunity for stakeholders to enhance their understanding of agricultural insurance and are tailored to address the unique challenges faced by farmers in the federation, particularly in light of the unpredictable nature of agricultural production.

Interested persons are asked to contact the Ministry at 467-1016 for more information.
