Basseterre, Saint Kitts (9th December 2024) – The Ministry is delighted to announce the availability of the 2025 ICDF Scholarships offered by the Embassy of the Republic of China (Taiwan).

This prestigious scholarship program is open to individuals who wish to pursue studies at the Master’s or PhD levels.

FOUR BILLS TO RECEIVE FIRST READING, WHILE ONE IS SLATED FOR SECOND READING IN THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY ON THURSDAY, JULY 10, 2025

Eligibility Requirements:

Applicants must submit the following documents for consideration:

· A completed and signed application form (available at https://web.icdf.org.tw/ICDF/WelcomeStart.aspx)

· A photocopy of a valid passport

· A certified copy of the highest diploma earned and academic transcripts (certified by the Ministry of Education)

· Two letters of reference

Additional Requirements:

Applicants are strongly encouraged to have a minimum GPA of 3.5.

Important Instructions:

· Each applicant is permitted to apply to only one university under this scholarship program.

· Applications must be emailed directly to the selected university in adherence to its specified deadlines.

Submission Deadline: All completed applications, along with the required documents, must be submitted to Ms. Carol Boddie at the Ministry of Education no later than 10th February 2025 to facilitate onward processing.
