Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Economic Development and Investment, Ms. Adina Richards

“Our country has modern infrastructure, a stable economy, an educated population and an investor-friendly government that would not only successfully house your ventures but make a peaceful home for these enterprises and those who furnish them,” Ms. Richards said, in addressing potential investors.

“Not only that, but we are geographically positioned with direct air access to key North American and UK markets,” she added.

The tourism sector, agricultural sector, ICT sector, International Education Services sector and the Renewable Energy sector are priority areas for partnership.

As Ms. Richards continued with the delegation, she was able to engage with top government officials including Taiwan President Lai-Ching-te, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Minister Lin Chia-Lung and the Deputy Minister in the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Ms. Cynthia Kiang.
