Applicants should not be older than 21 years for Bachelor’s degrees, 25 years for Master’s, and 35 years for Doctoral studies.

The scholarship covers a wide range of expenses, including the cost of a residence visa, language courses, accommodation, meals, tuition, and health insurance. In addition, a monthly stipend will be provided. Please note, however, that students will be responsible for their airfare, public transportation, and textbooks.

Applications must be completed online at: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScHjSomTGNDgizgDLrJByuD2WoGDAsli_kHuNr0xvBcip7caQ/viewform

Once completed, applicants are required to print the form and submit it along with supporting documents to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Required documents include a Curriculum Vitae with a motivational letter, photocopy of a valid passport, certified copies of academic transcripts and diplomas, and a medical certificate confirming the applicant is mentally and physically fit to pursue studies abroad.

All applications must be submitted to the Ministry by 25 June 2025. While the deadline is firm, the Serbian authorities have indicated that late submissions may still be considered depending on circumstances.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs encourages all eligible individuals to seize this unique opportunity to study abroad and benefit from an enriching academic and cultural experience in the Republic of Serbia.
