Trained Cable staff will offer daily assistance to:

  • Complete New Registration for enrolling children/wards,
  • Edit Existing ASPIRE Applications and
  • Answer ASPIRE Questions on eligibility, benefits, processes and more.

“We’re proud to partner with ASPIRE to bring this vital service directly into the community,” said Ms Pat Walters, CEO, The Cable. “Families deserve accessible, stress-free support—and our central location ensures help is always within reach.”

For faster service, parents/guardians are asked to ensure they bring along:

  • Valid ID (for parent/guardian)
  • Child’s Saint Kitts and Nevis birth certificate, citizenship document or valid passport (with birthplace of Saint Kitts or Nevis)
  • Recent proof of address (within last 3 months)
    • A copy of a recent utility bill (e.g., internet, telephone, electricity, water)
    • A recent bank statement (from a bank other than National Bank)
    • A lease agreement

“This initiative embodies our ASPIRE Task Force’s commitment to exploring all options to ensure optimal enrollment of all eligible youth in the Federation,” noted Dr Marcus L Natta, Chair, ASPIRE Task Force. “By working with The Cable, we ensure parents and guardians get face-to-face support without delay.”
