This week’s topic is “From Farm to Fork: Making Saint Kitts and Nevis Food-Secure and Self-Sufficient.”

The discussion is especially timely as the country seeks to build on the momentum generated by the regional effort to boost food production, lower the high costs of food imports, and mitigate the potential impact of unfavourable trade tariffs and supply chain disruptions arising from global developments.

Conversations: Reflections & the Way Forward will air live on ZIZ Radio and Television every Wednesday at 1 p.m. The show will also be livestreamed on the Facebook Pages and YouTube Channels of the St. Kitts and Nevis Information Service (SKNIS) as well as ZIZ.

The programme debuted in 2023 as part of the Independence 40 celebrations. The overwhelming feedback from audiences at home and across the diaspora prompted the return of the show in 2024 and 2025.
