OAS Scholarships for the 2026 Academic Year

The Ministry is pleased to announce the 2026 Call for Scholarship Applications offered through the Organization of the American States (OAS). These scholarships are available for undergraduate, graduate, and graduate research, providing valuable opportunities for citizens to advance their education and professional development.

Interested applicants are strongly encouraged to carefully review all scholarship documents, ensuring that they understand the eligibility criteria and application requirements before submitting their applications.

Eligibility Requirements

· Undergraduate Applicants – Applicants must already be enrolled in an undergraduate program and be eligible to graduate within two (2) academic years.

· Graduate Applicants – Applicants must have completed at least one year of graduate studies or possess an official acceptance letter from the university where they intend to pursue their studies.

All applications must be submitted online via the relevant links below. Upon submission, applicants are required to print their completed application packages and submit them to the Human Resource Management Department at Government Headquarters for further processing no later than 9 March 2026.
