Dear Fellow-National:

As the people of the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis mourn the loss of former Governor General Sir Cuthbert Montraville Sebastian, Ambassador Sam Condor and the Staff of the Permanent Mission of St. Kitts and Nevis to the United Nations invite nationals residing in the Diaspora to join in expressing their condolences to the Sebastian family.

A guest book is currently available at the Permanent Mission of St. Kitts and Nevis to the United Nations for nationals to share words of condolences and comfort with the family of the late Governor General.

The Permanent Mission of St. Kitts and Nevis to the United Nations is located at:

The guest book will be available for signing from 10:00 am to 4:00 p.m. daily until Thursday April 13, 2017. The office will be closed on Good Friday, April 14, 2017.

The former Governor General served the Federation with distinction. Together, let us join in preserving his memory through this gesture of respect and appreciation.
