MINISTER LIBURD TO ADDRESS NATION FOR WORLD POST DAY 2018

Basseterre, St. Kitts, October 08, 2018 (SKNIS): Minister of Posts, the Honourable Ian Patches Liburd will make an address to the nation for World Post Day 2018, which is celebrated every year on October 9 since 1969.

World Post Day is held to mark the anniversary of the creation of the Universal Postal Union. The Union was established to create and maintain a postal system for the free flow of mail around the world.

The address will be carried on ZIZ Television (Channel 5 in St. Kitts and Channel 98 in Nevis) on Monday, October 8 at 8:00 pm and Tuesday, October 9 at 7:45 am and 12:45 pm.
