Mr L Sidney Osborne is an acclaimed Teacher of Mathematics and Physics who possesses a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics and Physics and a Certificate in Educational Management and Administration.

Mr Osborne also served as Permanent Secretary in two (2) Government Ministries namely the Ministry of Education and Community Affairs and the Ministry of Trade and Industry and was the General Manager of the St Christopher Air & Sea Ports Authority.

- Chairman & Member of the Board of Stewards, of the Zion Moravian Church
- National Campaign Manager to the Team Unity Organization
He is presently the CARICOM Ambassador and OECS Commissioner.
