WHO:​Dr the Right Honourable Keith Mitchell, Chairman of the ECCB Monetary Council and Council Member for Grenada will present the Communiqué following which the Chairman, other members of the Monetary Council and Mr Timothy N. J. Antoine, Governor, ECCB will field questions from the media.
