Basseterre, St. Kitts, April 01, 2019 (RSCNPF): A man from the western side of the island has been charged by the Police for three (3) counts of Unlawful Carnal Knowledge and one (1) count of Indecent Assault for incidents involving a minor. He was charged on Saturday, March 30.
