Community Notice The Government’s Human Resource Management Department is seeking applications from suitably qualified individuals to fill the post of Assistant Deputy Director of the New Horizons Juvenile Rehabilitation Centre.

Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, juvenile justice, sociology, social work, criminology, or criminal justice. Candidates must also have a minimum of two years of experience supervising staff performing juvenile justice-related functions, experience delivering training on all aspects of safety and security, experience with daily log keeping and writing reports.

Physical requirements include an ability to stand for a minimum of one hour, ability to see at least 12 feet in front, good hearing ability, ability to run without aid, and an ability to lift at least 20 lbs without aid.

Applications must be accompanied by a resume or curriculum vitae, two references, certified copies of certificate, and sent to Chief Personnel Officer, Human Resource Management Department Church Street, Basseterre, St. Kitts. The submission deadline is Tuesday, February 15, 2022.
