Value Added Equipment Handing Over Ceremony

Here’s a reminder!

The Department of Marine Resources will be launching several new and tasty Value Added products during the official Value Added Equipment Handing Over ceremony tomorrow Friday March 18, 2022.

These machines will allow the addition of fish fingers, fish sticks, cakes and burger patties, conch fritters, fillet mahi, mahi, snapper and more to the product list for consumer consumption.

The Value-Added Equipment Handing Over ceremony will be held at the Basseterre Fisheries Complex from10 a.m.

A tour, demonstration and tasting opportunity will immediately follow.
