The presentation took place at a brief farewell ceremony held at the Robert L. Bradshaw International Airport, where colleagues and representatives from both the Ministry of Agriculture and the Taiwan ICDF Technical Mission gathered to express appreciation and best wishes to the departing interns.

Throughout their year-long internship, Ms. Lin and Ms. Hsu worked diligently across several key units—Marketing, Engineering, and Plant Quarantine, providing technical and administrative support to the Ministry’s ongoing programmes. They also contributed their creativity and energy to major national events, including the Night Market, the Agriculture Open Day & Marine Expo, the 19th Caribbean Week of Agriculture 2025, and World Food Day 2025 celebration.

Their successful attachment reflects the strength and value of the enduring partnership between the Government of St. Kitts and Nevis and the Republic of China (Taiwan)—a collaboration that continues to advance agricultural innovation, technology transfer, and capacity-building for local farmers and technicians.

In a message shared on its official social media platforms, the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Marine Resources expressed gratitude for the interns’ service, noting, “They have truly become part of the Agriculture family. As they return home to Taiwan, we extend our heartfelt thanks and wish them continued success and happiness in all their future endeavours.”

The Department extends sincere appreciation to Ms. Lin and Ms. Hsu for their commitment and contributions, which have further strengthened the relationship between St. Kitts and Nevis and Taiwan in pursuit of sustainable agricultural development.
