A BILL to amend the Financial Services Regulatory Commission Act,

Cap. 21.10

 

BE IT ENACTED by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty by and with the

advice and consent of the National Assembly of Saint Christopher and Nevis, and by the authority of the same as follows:

 

  1. Short title.

 

This Act may be cited as the Financial Services Regulatory Commission (Amendment) Act, 2016.

 

  1. Interpretation.

 

In this Act, a reference to the expression “Act” shall mean the Financial Services Regulatory Commission Act, Cap. 21.10

 

  1. Amendment of section 32.

 

Section 32 of the Act is amended as follows:

 

  • in subsection (2) paragraph (a), by deleting the word “not”;

 

  • In subsection (3), by replacing paragraph (d) as follows:

 

“          (d)        make a report to the Commission of its activities on at                                          least a quarterly basis”.
