Based upon the latest position and analysis, Tropical Storm Isaac is a
little weaker. It is projected to pass a hundred miles to the south of
the Leeward Islands.

should stay south of the Leeward Islands. However, rainbands
associated with Isaac could move across the islands to generate
cloudy skies with a high chance of showers and thunderstorms on
Thursday.
Rainfall amounts of up to an inch are possible with the passage of
Isaac. Seas are expected to begin deteriorating by late Wednesday; therefore
warnings for mariners and sea bathers will be issued today.
