A BILL to amend the Limited Partnerships Act, Cap 21.12
BE IT ENACTED by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the National Assembly of Saint Christopher and Nevis and by the authority of the same as follows:
- Short title.
This Act may be cited as the Limited Partnerships (Amendment) Act, 2018.
- Repeal of section 75.
The Act is amended by repealing section 75.
