A BILL to amend the Trusts Act, Cap 5.19
BE IT ENACTED by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the National Assembly of Saint Christopher and Nevis and by the authority of the same as follows:
- Short title.
This Act may be cited as the Trusts (Amendment) Act, 2018.
- Repeal of section 107.
The Act is amended by repealing section 107.
