Mid-day Lenten Services
The annual Mid-week Lenten Services will be held every Wednesday over the period 13 March to 10 April 2019 under the theme: “Building Bridges “.  The services will be held at the Immaculate Conception Co-Cathedral (Catholic) Church, East Independence Square from 12
noon to 12:40 pm. Â Â
The theme consists of sub-themes which will be led by the various member churches as follows:

An invitation is extended to all to come out and share in these services.
As a Community of Faith, we are reminded that the Lenten season is a time when we observe a period of fasting, repentance, self-denial and spiritual discipline. The purpose is to set aside time for reflection on Jesus Christ – His journey to the cross, His death, burial, and resurrection.

Radio Programme
The Council will be hosting an interactive radio programme on Winn FM Radio every Sunday evening commencing 3 March from 7-8 pm. Â Discussion will be held on various topics including music, the Body is the temple of the Lord (Health), Theological discussions, Community Affairs and denomination announcements. Â Pastors and Laity are invited to be a part of the programme.
Rev Darren Carlos of the Anglican Church will host the session on 3 March and Mrs Corinne Small of the Methodist Church will host the session on 10 March. Â Other denominations are asked to contact the Chairman or Secretary to indicate a date you will be available to host a session of the programme..
