The Embassy of St. Kitts and Nevis in Cuba continues apace with its efforts to effect an
improved service and enhanced product geared towards the clients for whom it caters,
and in deference to the Government and people of the Federation, it represents.
This time around, a one-day growth and enhancement exercise is being organised,
wherein all members of staff employed by the Embassy will be exposed to a menu of
information and knowledge designed to augment their skills and hone and ameliorate
their performance, irrespective of the level or capacity in/at which they work.
The event takes place on Friday 11th instant, and carries as its theme: ‘Enhancing
Embassy Output through Employee Training and Professional Development’.
It includes a formal session of presentations and discussions, promotional videos of St.
Kitts and Nevis, opportunities for staff to interactively identify areas of challenges in the
modus operandi of the Embassy, and recommend strategies for change and
improvement.
Also on the programme is a period for the members to relax and more informally be
entertained while deepening and strengthening bonds of collegiality and fraternity.
The Embassy intends to periodically engage in similar and other activities to enhance its
profile whilst simultaneously providing the wherewithal for staff members to discharge
their various duties with zeal and effectiveness.
