PRIME MINISTER HARRIS HOLDS BILATERAL TALKS WITH INDIA’S HIGH COMMISSIONER

BASSETERRE, St. Kitts, January 12, 2022 (Press Unit in the Office of the Prime Minister) – Prime Minister of St. Kitts and Nevis, Dr. the Honourable Timothy Harris sat down with His Excellency Dr. K. J. Srinivasa, High Commissioner of the Republic of India to St. Kitts and Nevis, for a round of talks focused on strengthening the already strong relationship between both nations.

The meeting was held earlier today (Wednesday, January 12) at the Prime Minister’s Government Headquarters office. 

Wednesday’s meeting allowed Prime Minister Harris to again express gratitude on behalf of the Government and people of St. Kitts and Nevis to the government of India for its generous donation of COVID-19 vaccines to the twin island Federation.

High Commissioner Srinivasa was joined in the meeting by Honorary Consul of India to St. Kitts and Nevis, Mr. Ramesh Mulkanoor, while Prime Minister Harris was supported by Permanent Secretary in the Office of the Prime Minister Mr. Andrew Skerritt and Foreign Service Officer, Mr. Michael Penny.
