“Please accept my sincerest congratulations on your success in the recent election, accompanied by my best wishes, as you take up the responsibilities and challenges of your high office, as Prime Minister of the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis.

“I wish to assure you and the people of Saint Kitts and Nevis of the continued friendship and sympathetic interest of France, through the special support of the staff of the French Embassy in Castries.

“As you know, the world is facing a number of crucial challenges, and we can act together to address them, in particular, the economic consequences of the war in Ukraine and climate change, among others.

“I look forward to working with you not only to foster closer relations between France and Saint Kitts and Nevis, but also on matters of common concern. I am sure that our relations will continue to grow in mutual confidence in the interest of our two countries.

“Please accept, Honourable Prime Minister, the assurances of my highest consideration.”
