“We have an expanded venue so that one can be comfortable while experiencing the music of the main stage. We have been working hard to ensure that we up the game every year because the important thing is that we try to improve year after year and introduce new things that can elevate the festival to another level,” said Mr. Williams.

He noted that the Football and Cricket areas at Warner Park will be transformed to enhance the enjoyment of the festival.

“One can look forward to exhilarating performances and an upgraded facility, because even though it is a historic and great facility, we want to enhance it. We want the whole experience from the time you enter into the gates,” he said. “So it is not just the music but we want you to really experience everything Kittitian.”

A highlight at this year’s Music Festival will be the inclusion of a food court.

“We have specifically set up a food court where you can go and enjoy some of the local delicacies, but at the same time, we have a stage over there [Football area] so that there will be entertainment and screens so that you won’t miss anything from the main stage,” said the SKMF Chair.

Mr. Williams encouraged patrons to come out early as persons will be treated to goodies. He noted that early patrons would be given the opportunity to take part in raffles as well, “in celebration of the 25th Anniversary. So we want folks to come out early and really experience the festival at its best.”
