MAJOR EVENTS FOR INDEPENDENCE 40 TAKE SPOTLIGHT ON WEDNESDAY’S EDITION OF INFOCUS

Basseterre, St. Kitts, September 05, 2023 (SKNIS): Citizens and residents of St. Kitts and Nevis will gain greater insight into major events on the Independence 40 Calendar of Activities on Wednesday, September 6, 2023, during the radio and television programme InFocus.

Co-chairs of the Independence 40 Planning Committee, Dr. Marcus Natta and Veira Galloway, will appear on the programme to bring the public up-to-date on plans and times for various events including the Visits to Schools by Cabinet Members, the Independence Street Fair and Fashion Extravaganza, and launch of a Commemorative Stamp Competition.

These include National Heroes Day Observances, National Service of Gratitude and Gospel Concert, Independence Ceremonial Parade, and Independence 40 Concert.

InFocus is produced by the St. Kitts and Nevis Information Service (SKNIS). It airs live every Wednesday on ZIZ Radio and Television at 1 p.m. and is streamed simultaneously on the Facebook Pages and YouTube Channels of ZIZ and SKNIS. This informative programme is rebroadcast on various local and regional outlets on various days and times.
