PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF ALGERIA CONGRATULATES ST. KITTS AND NEVIS ON ITS 40TH ANNIVERSARY OF INDEPENDENCE

Basseterre, St. Kitts, September 21, 2023 (SKNIS): The Embassy of the People’s Republic of Algeria based in Caracas, Venezuela, congratulated the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis on its 40th Anniversary of Independence on September 19, 2023.

The embassy presented its compliments to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Trade, Industry, Commerce and Consumer Affairs, Economic Development and Investment.

Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria, His Excellency Ahmed Attaf presented a letter of congratulations to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Trade, Industry, Commerce and Consumer Affairs, Economic Development and Investment of the Federation of Saint Kitts and Nevis, the Right Honourable Dr. Denzil Douglas.

The letter of congratulations stated: “The celebration of the National Day of your country, brings me the happy opportunity to extend to you my sincere congratulations and best wishes of health, happiness, and more progress and prosperity for your friendly country.”

It continued, “I avail myself of this opportunity to reiterate to you my willingness to continue working jointly with you to develop further the relations of friendship and cooperation that exist between our two countries.”

The Honourable Minister Ahmed Attaf took the opportunity to renew relations with the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis and gave assurances of respect and his consideration.
