Dr. Terrance Drew, today, November 9th, joined regional and European leaders for Day One of the Fourth Summit of Heads of State and/or Government of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC) and the European Union, now underway in Santa Marta, Colombia.

The Prime Minister’s intervention is also expected to elevate the urgency of climate action, referencing the recent devastation in Jamaica caused by Hurricane Melissa, and positioning St. Kitts and Nevis’ Sustainable Island State Agenda (SISA) as a bold architecture for resilience, environmental stewardship, and national transformation.
